Great location, but noisy nights

The location in Chueca is amazing! Fresh pastries at breakfast provided a good start to my day, while the charming staff was nice. Streaming movies was easy with good Wi-Fi.

The noise from the club below can be quite disruptive, especially on weekend nights. The room was a bit chilly, and the heater struggled to warm things up.

I had never stayed in a hostel before and I admit they had a certain prejudice about how it could be. place is well located, few meters from the Gran Via subway station. fourth floor, where I stayed,...  

Very comfy bed in the guest room, plus a multi-channel television, a seating area, and a study table. Supper friendly, exceptionally nice people working here. Good location, within short walking distance of everywhere......  

Conveniently located near key attractions in Madrid.

I experienced constant noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. The toilet's proximity to the sink made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable. To top it off, the dirty floors and shabby bedding felt very unwelcoming .

Unbeatable and awesome location, easy to get around with a subway station near to the hotel.

It's centrally located and despite having a small room it was fairly well conditioned.

I did not like the exhaustive 24-hour control of the guests' entrances and exits by the cameras as well as by the receptionists themselves. You have to leave the key whenever you leave the room at reception and then pick it up. If you want to bring an acquaintance up to the room, they won't let you. I have not felt free to enter and leave the room, I have had to be careful to leave the key and enter and leave when I wanted to. bathroom tile and bathtub are very slippery. lamps in the bathroom must be unclean since the hostel opened. is why I don't recommend it, because from experience there are super good hostels in Madrid, at a better price and so central that they offer you another kind of tourist freedom.

Excellent location, just off Gran Via with a nice view. The room felt cramped and lacked basic amenities like a fridge.

We added an additional person and were upgraded to a triple room that was quite spacious (apparently some of the doubles are significantly smaller according to friends who stayed in one the previous week) and the beds...  

It was convenient and felt safe. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice.

The bar was not open in the evening when I arrived and I had deliberately chosen the hotel in order to be able to have a meal when I arrived.

Noise from nearby venues can be a real problem. Expect disruptive sounds until the early hours. The walls are thin. The toilet setup feels cramped, with the sink uncomfortably close, which could be a hassle during your stay.

Absolute good value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Location is very central and good voor a city visit and also budget business trips.

very goodlocation in the city center, near to Gran Via metro station and sightseing bus stop. 30 min by foot from Prado Museum

very small double room, poor breakfast with very slow service. Coffee wasnt good :(

The staff was friendly, always ready to assist and share tips about places to visit in Madrid.

The towels were really worn and old of the stay.

I went to Madrid for gaypride, and this hotel had an excellent location!

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that if you want to bring someone with you to your room you have to pay 20 euro for this person!Then you realize it's a hostal and not a hotel. I did not know this. I liked everything, but if I want to go back next year I have to choose a different hotel because of this.

Simple, functional, pleasant, scrupulously clean room. Not huge but fine. Aircon. TV in room but Madrid is far more interesting than any rubbish you'll find on this. Staff helpful. 24 hour desk, & bag storage. Lift. Good situation, fairly central,...
